Here’s what you need to know:

1. Where we ship from
All games are prepared and shipped by our student team at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 – Campus de Bourg-en-Bresse (France)

2. When does shipping start?
Pre-orders will begin shipping in June 2025
We will notify you by email once your package has been shipped.

3. Delivery methods & timing

Local pickups may be available (for campus-based orders)
Standard delivery is used for all others
Delivery times may vary depending on your location

4. Shipping fees
Some shipping costs may apply, especially for deliveries outside the local area or internationally. We’ll do our best to keep them fair and transparent.

5. Packaging & care
Each Knowhere game is prepared by our team with care and packed in eco-conscious materials whenever possible.
