Refund Policy - the basics

As students managing a hands-on project, we are committed to providing a great experience to everyone who supports Knowhere. That said, because we operate on a limited scale, we are not always able to offer full refunds once a product has been printed or shipped.

Here’s how we handle things:

 

1. Can I get a refund?
We are generally unable to offer full refunds after printing or shipping, as each item is made in small quantities and handled manually by our team.

 

2. What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your game arrives damaged, with missing cards, or there’s a serious issue, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!
We may offer:

  • A replacement game

  • A partial refund or store credit (when applicable)

 

3. How long do I have to report a problem?
You have 7 days from receiving your order to contact us about any issue. Please include photos if relevant, and tell us what went wrong.

 

4. How to reach us
To report an issue, please message us through the Contact page or via email. We’ll respond as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.
